The B-Line Medium 001 was the first prefab home completed by Hive Modular. The clients wanted their own house and yard, but wanted to stay within the city of Minneapolis rather than retreating to the suburbs. They also didn’t want to compromise the modern “loft” feeling that they saw in many of the downtown condos that they were considering. After finding a narrow infill lot in NE Minneapolis, they decided to proceed with building their ideal home. The home boasts wood floors, clean lines, soaring spaces, and a catwalk that provided them the loft-like living they desired.
